“My journey to the top of the branding world began 14 years ago. Top-tier agencies, industry shaking launches, and helping clients generate more than $1 billion in revenue. Tenacity, hustle, and my competitive nature built my reputation as an award-winning creative director and brand strategist. But when I pulled focus to growing my family, everything changed.
I found myself trying to find time to spend with my family while balancing my “selfish” needs of professional fulfillment, but the endless grind of launching brands with narcissistic CMO's to boost their career and unnecessary product became empty. It was a turning point that reshaped my definition of success. I needed to fill my cup from somewhere else.
I realized that drive and ambition didn’t have to mean sacrificing other aspects of life.
